Scuba Diving
There are several dive sites in Iceland in both the ocean and fresh water. Temperatures range from 2°C– 10°C so all dives are dry suit dives. One of the most popular dive sites in South Iceland is in the lava ravine Silfra. Silfra is a lava ravine at Thingvellir, caused by the drift of the Eurasian and American tectonic plates.
